Co-building with founders and industrials of the built environment.
Some opportunities cannot be advised into existence, they must be built. Scintilla partners with a limited number of founders, domain experts, or industrials holding a strategic asset, to co-build technology or AI platforms. Minority equity, long-term alignment, deep involvement.

The model
Few projects, in depth. Scintilla contributes strategy, product, architecture, execution, structuring, and ecosystem access alongside a partner who brings a strategic asset: domain expertise, distribution, data, IP, or operations.
This is not consulting paid in shares, nor development against equity. It is co-founding on a defined scope, with clear milestones, minority equity participation, and an explicit capitalization horizon.

Ventures in co-build
Three platforms where Scintilla contributes strategy, capital, and full platform development alongside the founders.
Matériaux en Boucle
A platform dedicated to bio-based, recycled, and reused materials in construction. It structures the circular economy of the built environment from sourcing to operator networks.
asa-logic
A software risk intelligence platform that assesses application quality, security, and robustness. It fuses code analysis, dependencies, and incident history into auditable steering indicators.
RAGATM
A RAG platform for querying internal document corpora with strict grounding and traceability. Built for demanding environments (finance, compliance, strategic intelligence) where reliability matters more than fluency.
